ABOUT
Raelene Casaday, the owner of Salish Sea Skincare, started her love for health & wellness while in high school. Inspired by her yoga practice and the work of Louise Hay, she wrote her senior thesis on Alternative Healing. This began a life long journey of studying and immersing herself in many healing modalities such as Acupressure, Shiatsu, Swedish Massage, Feng Shui, Foot Reflexology, Herbology, Color Therapy, Reiki, Holistic Esthetics, Light Therapy, Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oils & more.
Raelene graduated from Crestone Healing Arts Center in Colorado in 1999 as a Certified Massage Therapist. She worked in Alaska under a doctor and acupuncturist doing massage therapy for a few years until returning to school.
After graduating from Phagen’s Cosmetology College in 2004 in Bend, OR as a Licensed Esthetician, she went on to work at exclusive spas such as Sage Springs Spa in Sunriver, Oregon and Shibui Spa in Sisters, Oregon for many years.

After 10 years working at Rosario Resort and Spa, Raelene takes herself on a brand new journey in opening Salish Sea Skincare in Eastsound, WA on beautiful Orcas Island.
When she is not giving luxurious spa treatments, you can find her manifesting wonderful things, studying healing therapies, crafting, enjoying nature, traveling and spending time with her family.
Hi, I'm Ella Weaver! I was born in the sunny city of Laguna Beach, California, but had the privilege of growing up surrounded by the natural beauty and close-knit community of Orcas Island, Washington. After graduating from Orcas Island High School in 2023, I moved back to California to explore new opportunities and pursue my education.

My journey took me through two different colleges before I decided to follow my true passion—beauty and skincare. That calling led me to enroll at Paul Mitchell The School in Costa Mesa, CA, where I trained in esthetics and fell in love with the art of helping others feel confident and radiant in their own skin.

Skincare is more than just a routine for me—it’s a way to connect, uplift, and empower. I believe that true beauty starts from within, and I’m passionate about helping others feel beautiful both inside and out.

Now, I’m back on Orcas Island and thrilled to be a part of the team at Salish Sea Skincare. I’m here to help YOU feel your best with personalized facials, expert waxing, and eyebrow and eyelash services designed to enhance your natural beauty.
